A homeowner may have several concerns competing for attention. Find out which questions they want to start with, then explain how our process can address a review.
Bring your experience. Make a difference.
Bring your Missouri relationships to a sales role centered on listening and follow-through.
Some of the best sales conversations start with a simple question: “What happened?” At Solar Exit Missouri, we want people who can ask that question, understand the answer and help a homeowner take the next step.
Tell us about yourselfIf you have sold solar, you know there is more to the job than a pitch. You have explained unfamiliar paperwork, answered difficult questions and earned someone's trust at their kitchen table. Those skills still matter when the conversation changes from buying solar to figuring out what went wrong.
Maybe you have dealt with delayed commissions, changing company priorities or one too many trips away from home. Maybe you simply want your next chapter in sales to feel more useful. Whatever brought you here, we would like to hear your story.
Solar Exit Missouri advocates for homeowners whose solar experience has not matched what they were promised. We help people facing confusing agreements, payment concerns or unresolved problems gather information for review and understand the next step. Your role starts with listening and explaining that process clearly.

Good notes and careful follow-up help keep a customer's story from getting lost. We are interested in how you combine those habits with a friendly conversation.
You do not have to bring a team to apply. If you do have one, tell us about its experience and why you are considering this together.
Evergy's private-generation guidance lists multiple rate-plan options, including time-based plans and a plan with a demand component. For a homeowner served under those offerings, the selected plan belongs in a conversation about solar costs. Other Missouri utilities have their own tariffs and should not be treated as interchangeable with Evergy.
If a customer remembers being promised a predictable total payment, ask what the estimate assumed about electricity use and utility service. Gather the actual statements rather than trying to explain the whole difference from the number of panels alone. The concern may involve the sales explanation as well as the monthly numbers.
Solar Exit Missouri needs people who can be thorough without making the process feel burdensome. Your role is to help the homeowner tell the story and understand the review process, not to select a rate plan or guarantee a different bill.
St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield and Columbia are different starting points for building a customer network. Tell us where you would focus and what you have learned from working there. We are interested in your ability to explain a process and keep your word.

We are interested in people who communicate clearly, follow up thoughtfully and care about doing right by the customer. Solar experience is useful, but it is not the only background worth bringing. If you are new to this kind of work, tell us why it interests you.
